Erling Haaland pleased to make England move

The Pensioners have been pursuing a deal for Erling Haaland who is currently on the books of Borussia Dortmund.

The London side have been boosted in their chase for the 20-year-old as the player is interested to make a move to Stamford Bridge, as per 90MIN.

It has also been reported that they are ready to offer up to £150 million to secure the services of the Norwegian footballer.

Haaland is an academy product of Bryne FK who rose through its ranks to earn his debut for the senior side in May 2016.

The 20-year-old landed a move to Molde in 2017 and went on to make 50 appearances across all competitions for the Norwegian club, netting 20 goals and creating six assists in the process.

Following a short stint at RB Salzburg and plundering 29 goals there, he joined Borussia Dortmund in a deal worth around £17m.

And since his arrival at the Westfalenstadion, the immensely talented striker has clocked up 59 total appearances, notching 57 goals and 15 assists in the process (stats from Transfermarkt).

Chelsea make progress in bid to sign Jules Kounde  

According to Spanish outlet AS (via Sport Witness), Chelsea have made progress in their attempt to sign Jules Kounde who is currently on the books of Sevilla.

The 22-year-old enjoyed an impressive 2020-21 season for the La Liga side, racking up 49 appearances across all competitions and netting four goals.

His impressive performances attracted the attention of some of the top clubs of Europe.

Tottenham Hotspur also wanted to secure his services but the French footballer isn’t interested to join a club that won’t be playing Champions League football next season.

Real Madrid and Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in the 22-year-old who is said to have a release clause worth around £68m in his contract. Best of Luck for Chelsea Transfer Roundup.
